Join Resident Tutor, Shannon MacDonald, as she guides you on a journey within through the ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation.
When challenges come, the practice of yoga and meditation gives you the tools to help you unite with deeper peace, higher awareness, and greater joy. Continued practice can help you move beyond limiting habits, behaviors, and obstacles so you can truly enjoy your best life.
If attending in -person, please bring your own yoga mat, a light blanket for deep relaxation, and props if needed.
Space is limited in person, so we suggest you get your ticket early to reserve your spot!
No experience required. Classes are open to ALL levels and abilities!
