Join Shannon MacDonald, Transformational Life Coach for this deeply relaxing and refreshing experience known as yogic sleep.
You will lie down on your back as Shannon guides you through a meditation intended to help you release stress and tension in your body and calm your mind.
Each step will help bring you deeper within layers of your being to a place between asleep and awake. You remain fully conscious as you journey within and connect with your higher awareness and inner peace.
