Meditation for Pain Relief

$20.00Whether the pain you experience is physical, emotional or spiritual pain, meditation can be a wonderful bridge to access your own inner healer, peace, and ease. Join Spiritual Healer, Shannon MacDonald for this informational and experiential class.
This class is two fold. The first half we will discuss:
- Different types of pain.
- The various root causes of pain.
- How to observe/notice your pain from a different perspective to learn what it may be trying to tell you, or teach you.
- Tapping into the energy field around your pain.
- The power of imagination, conscious thought, the present moment, and breath work to reduce and even transform pain.
- The importance of honoring your body when pain is experienced.
- Surrendering and transforming the experience of pain though gratitude and forgiveness.
- How we self-sabotage our transformation from pain.
- Using meditation to access your inner ease, peace and healing.
The second half of the class you will experience a guided meditation that is vibrationally tuned to help you journey within yourself to help restore the energetic vibrations of pain, to a higher state of harmony and balance. When harmony is achieved, the experience of pain is often transformed to an experience of inner peace, ease and relief. This meditation will be channeled with the pure light and love of Source Energy.
