As we move towards a new year, we have a special opportunity during the Winter Solstice to reflect on our lives, release what no longer serves us, and plant new intentions to start fresh again.

Please bring a yoga mat and/or a meditation pillow to sit on if you have one. Chairs are available if you prefer to sit in a chair.

This is a great meditation pillow to invest in if you don’t already have one.
