Meditation through Movement- 7pm-8pm

Come and experience mindful meditation by moving your body!  You will be experience a meditation through movement journey that will allow you to reconnect with your heart as you free your mind and open to the rhythm of your body.

Meditation doesn’t have to be done sitting still in a quiet environment. Becoming present with the movement and rhythm of your own body can be wonderful process of self- expression and self- discovery as well as a freeing, uplifting and healing form of meditation.  Mindful meditation through movement can be anything from tapping your toes to free form dance, or even just the act of conscious breathing. It is a way of opening to the wisdom of our bodies as we become present within ourselves.

You will be invited to:
