Join Spiritual Healer, Shannon MacDonald as she leads you on a guided meditation to unite you with your healer within. Becoming present with the loving presence of your own Divine nature begins the harmonizing process to enhance your own healing journey. This channeled meditation is vibrationally tuned to help you relax and become present with the peace and harmony of your own healer within.
One of the biggest challenges of successful meditation is the persistence of random thoughts such as “to do” lists, worries and memories. Guided meditation can be very helpful to calm your mind as you begin to surrender to the peaceful presence of healing energy
Meditation has many benefits that are widely known to decrease stress and stress induced illness. Medical research also reveals how regular meditation has an amazing variety of other benefits such as brain preservation, and the ability to reduce depression, anxiety and pain. Other known benefits are improved sleep, concentration, learning and memory.
Chairs are available, but if you prefer to sit on the floor for the meditation you may bring a yoga mat for your comfort.
