Kundalini Yoga Class

Class size is limited to 20 participants. Due to this, it is highly recommended to pre-pay for this class, as it is the only way to guarantee your spot. If spots are available, walk in’s are welcome, but if the class is full, then space will not be available.

No yoga experience is required! This class is open to all fitness levels and ability. Postures can be modified to meet your individual needs.

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is an ancient practice that holds sacred, and once secret teachings to deepen your awareness within yourself and your connection to the Divine. It helps those who practice the technology to break beyond their perceived limitations and obstacles into the fullness of their truth, peace and vitality.
