What to Expect

Prepare to relax and let go of worry and stress while starting with a guided meditation to help you relax and connect with your higher healing. You will have a choice to sit in a chair or lay on the floor during the event.

Each participant will have their own unique experience and outcomes. Most participants leave feeling restored and renewed. It is common to feel a great sense of emotional and physical relief as you let go of stress and unwind from worry. Just what is needed to help support your innate ability to heal!

Bring a yoga mat and any props you may need to be comfortable lying on the floor. We have plenty of chairs if you choose to sit, and some yoga mats if you don’t have one.

Admission

Tickets are $25.00. Preregistration is required—no admission at the door. Space is limited, so if you plan on attending, it is advised to get your ticket early.

There is an 8-person minimum for this event. If the minimum is not met, the event will be canceled, and your purchase fully refunded.
